The set includes a dough whisk, bread lame and bread knife! The dough whisk to mix your dough, the bread lame, to scoring a beautiful design on dough before you bake, and the bread knife, to get those perfect slices. These three items will make a great addition to your kitchen or would make a great gift for a baker!
For the dough whisk, you can choose either a one hole or a two hole whisk.
For the bread lame, it comes with a stainless steel blade installed and an extra blade
For the bread knife, you can choose from either a left handed or a right handed bread knife
All our products are sanded smooth and finished with a food safe finish (mineral oil and beeswax).
