Non-Personalized Products

Standard, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Personalized & Custom Products

Due to the permanent nature of customization (such as engraving or custom dimensions), personalized items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please double-check all spelling and design details before placing your order, as we cannot offer refunds for customer errors. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for a non-personalized item, please email us at info@woodprojectsawait.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
